1.       Candidates should bring Mehandi Cupee themselves…

2.       Any Sign, marks or other signals found in “Mehandi Board” should be disqualified.

3.       No professionals are allowed to participate, if found, her Performance would not be considered.

4.       Participants should only sing Asthai and single Antra of Bhajan.

5.       On any conflict the RSJM’s decision will be final decision.
